How to combine your cream with the Panel.

The complete ritual after breastfeeding: L-Sculpt and the Panel’s light, together. Four simple steps for your daily moment.

Prepare the skin

On clean, dry skin, apply a layer of L-Sculpt to the area you want to work on — abdomen, hips or thighs — massaging gently until it begins to absorb.

Position the Panel

Adjust the 360° articulated arm and place the Panel about 15–30 cm from the area, with the light directed straight onto it. Get comfortable: seated or lying down.

Let the light work

Switch on the Panel and enjoy the session for 10–15 minutes. Red and infrared light support skin renewal while the cream’s actives continue to absorb.

Repeat & contour

Reposition the arm to another area if you wish. With consistent use, a few sessions per week, you help maintain the look of firmer, more toned skin.

After birth, you can follow the same sequence with Nurture on the chest and abdomen. L-Sculpt is intended once breastfeeding has ended.
